SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, begin by taking 3 capsules 90 minutes before your workout on an empty stomach on workout days only. You may add 1 additional capsule per workout based upon the following weight chart: 161–180lbs: 4 Capsules, 181–200lbs: 5 Capsules, 201lbs+: 6 Capsules. ANX-P3™ can be taken for up to 8 weeks then discontinue use for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Please consult your physician before taking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking any medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not take if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or erectile dysfunction medication. Contains 1.3g of nitrates per serving. Use 8 weeks on and 3 weeks off. Do not exceed 3 grams of nitrate based compounds per day. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product.
